Kari Kepala Ikan DK
(Fish Head Curry)

Bahan-bahannya : 
1 Kepala Ikan Merah
1 pkt Pes Kari Kepala Ikan DK @Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1 biji Terung Ungu
3 biji Tomato (dibelah 2)
5 biji Kacang Bendi
1 keping Asam Keping
1 cwn Santan Pekat
200ml Air
Garam & Gula secukup rasa

Bahan Tumis :
1 biji bawang merah di hiris nipis
2 tangkai Daun Kari
2sb Halba Campur

Cara-caranya :
1. Tumiskan bahan-bahan tumisan. Masukkan pes Kari Kepala Ikan DK dan tambahkan air.

2. Kemudian Masukkan Ikan, Terung, Tomato, Santan dan Bendi. Tunggu sehingga Ikan masak empuk.

3. Siap sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih panas.

The ingredients :
1 Red Fish Head
1 pkt DK Fish Head Curry Paste @Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1 Purple Eggplant
3 tomatoes (cut in half)
5 okra beans
1 piece Asam Keping
1 cwn condensed coconut milk
200ml of water
Salt & Sugar to taste

Sautéed Ingredients:
1 red onion thinly sliced
2 stalks of curry leaves
2 tsp mixed fenugreek

The ways :
1. Stir-fry the stir-fry ingredients. Add DK Fish Head Curry paste and add water.

2. Then add fish, eggplant, tomatoes, coconut milk and okra. Wait until the fish is cooked soft.

3. Ready to serve with hot white rice.

Gulai Batang Pisang Daging Tetel
(Tetel Beef Banana Stick Gulai)

Bahan-bahannya:
300g Daging tetel (tak perlu rebus masak dgn pes kari sampai kering air nanti daging lembut & manis)
1 batang Rias Pisang
1 cwn santan
1/2 peket Pes Gulai Ayam Berinai @nisabakrigourmet
2sb Kerisik
1/2 sk Serbuk Kunyit
2sb Serbuk Cili (optional kalau nak pedas ) kak tak
3 sekawan – kayu manis, bunga lawang & buah pelaga (utk menumis)
5 biji bawang kecil merah (utk menumis)
3 Tangkai Daun Kari
1 keping Asam Keping
Garam & Gula (secukup rasa)

Cara-caranya:
1. Tumis Bawang merah, Daun Kari, 3 sekawan dan Halia. Masukkan setengah paket Gulai Ayam Berinai, tambahkan air sedikit dan masukkan Daging Tetel, Kerisik, Serbuk Kunyit, Asam Keping.

2. Masukkan pula Batang Pisang, santan. tunggu daging dan batang pisang dah masak empuk, perasakan dengan garam dan gula.

3. Siap untuk dihidangkan dan makan bersama nasi putih panas.

The ingredients :

2. Add Banana Stems, coconut milk. wait for the meat and banana sticks to cook until soft, season with salt and sugar.

Asam Pedas Ikan Pari
(Spicy Tamarind Fish)

Bahan Resepi :
4 Ketul Ikan Pari

Cara-caranya :
1. Tumis Pes Asam Pedas NisabakriGourmet, tambahkan air. Kemudian masukkan Bawang Merah, Ikan Pari, Terung, Bendi, Daun Kesum, dan Bunga Kantan.

2. Tunggu sehingga kuah mendidih dan ikan masak empuk.

3. Sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih panas.

1 large red onion (sliced)
1 tomato (cut into 4)
1 long purple eggplant (sliced)
Kesum leaves

(Charcoal Grilled Chicken)

Bahan perapan Ayam :

Bahan kisar :

1cm Halia

Cara-caranya :

1. Campurkan semua bahan kisar dan bahan perapan ayam, gaul sebati dan perap selama 4jam sebelum dibakar.

2. Kemudian Bakar ayam yang dah diperap tadi di atas pemanggang arang. Sapukan seidikit sambal percik diatas ayam ketika membakar.

3. Siap dihidang dan dicicah bersama sambal ayam percik.

Sambal Ayam Percik :

Bahan kisar :

2 labu Bawang Merah Besar

3 ulas Bawang Putih
1 inci Halia

Bahan Tumis :

Minyak untuk menumis
1 ketul Gula Melaka

*Tumis bahan diatas sehingga pecah minyak.

Cara-caranya :

1. Masukkan semua bahan kedalam kuali, tumiskan semua bahan kisar dan bahan tumis. Tumis sehingga sehingga pecah minyak dan kuah memekat.

2. Siap untuk dihidangkan bersama Ayam Bakar Arang anda.

Chicken marinade ingredients :

1/2 Chicken

1 large red onion

The ways:

1. Mix all the ground ingredients and chicken marinade, mix well and marinate for 4 hours before baking.

Cara-caranya :

1. Perap ayam bersama bahan perapan selama 4jam.

2. Panaskan pan, isikan Olive Oil dan grill kan ayam sehingga masak. Keluarkan dan ketepikan ayam. Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan sos creamy satu per satu ke dalam pan, biarkan soso mendidih, dan masukkan ayam, baby spinach dan tomato ceri.

3. Siap untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih panas.

The ways :

1. Marinate the chicken with the marinade ingredients for 4 hours.

2. Heat the pan, add olive oil and grill the chicken until cooked. Remove and set the chicken aside. Then add the creamy sauce ingredients one by one into the pan, let the sauce boil, and add the chicken, baby spinach and cherry tomatoes.

3. Ready to be served with hot white rice.

Grilled Salmon Honey Lemon Garlic Sauce

Bahan perapan salmon:
Salmon fillet
Garam secukup rasa

Bahan Grilled:
10g Garlic Lemon Butter Herbs @nisabakrigourmet

Bahan Sos :
10g Garlic Lemon Butter Herbs @nisabakriofficial_
1sb Madu
1 tangkai Rosemary

Cara-caranya :

1. Taburkan bahan perapan diatas Salmon fillet.

2. Panaskan pan, masukkan Lemon herbs butter dan grill kan Salmon fillet tadi sehingga masak empuk. Angkat ikan dan ketepikan. Baki Lemon herbs butter tadi jangan dibuang, digunakan untuk dijadikan bahan sos.

3. Baki butter grill ikan tadi, ditambahkan dengan madu dan 1 tangkai daun rosemary. Masak sekejap.

4. Grilled Salmon siap dihidangkan dan dihidangkan bersama kuah sos.

Marinated Salmon Ingredients:
Salmon fillets
Salt to taste

1 tbsp Black Pepper

Grilled Material:

Methods:

1. Sprinkle the marinade ingredients over the salmon fillets.

2. Heat the pan, add the Lemon herbs butter and grill the Salmon fillet until it’s tender. Lift the fish and set aside. Don’t throw away the remaining Lemon Herbs Butter, use it as a sauce ingredient.

3. Bake the fish in butter, add honey and 1 sprig of rosemary. Cook for a while.

4. Grilled Salmon is ready to serve and served with sauce.

Cheesy Baked Potatoes

Bahan resepi:
2 biji Kentang (potong kecil)
Garam Secukup Rasa
2sb Mayonis
10g Butter Garlic Lemon Herb @nisabakrigourmet
Fresh Herb Dill Leaf
Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese
1sb Perahan Lemon Jus

Cara-caranya :
1. Kentang direbus sehingga lembut. Angkat dan ketepikan.

2. Masukkan kentang tadi kedalam mangkuk, taburkan Garam dan Mayonis. Cairkan Lemon herbs butter dan curahkan keatas kentang. Gaulkan sebati. Tambahkan daun Dill serta Cheddar Parmesan Cheese.

3. Bakar di dalam oven 150c selama 10 minit atau Air Fryer 160c selama 5minit. Siap sedia untuk dihidangkan.

2 potatoes (cut into small pieces)
Salt to taste

The ways:
1. Potatoes are boiled until soft. Remove and set aside.

2. Put the potatoes in a bowl, sprinkle salt and mayonnaise. Melt the lemon herbs butter and pour it over the potatoes. Mix well. Add Dill leaves and Cheddar Parmesan Cheese.

3. Bake in the oven 150c for 10 minutes or Air Fryer 160c for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

Bahan kisar :
6 btg Serai
1 biji Bawang Besar
3 biji Bawang Kecil
5 Ulas Bawang Putih
1 cm Kunyit
1 cm Halia
1 cm Lengkuas
Air (sukatan agak-agak)
*kisar bahan diatas sehingga halus

Bahan Perapan:
500g Daging
5 sudu Besar Bahan Kisar
2 sk Maklubah Spice Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1 sk Mendi Spice Nisa Bakri Gourmet

Cara-caranya :

1. Rendam lidi semalaman. Campurkan 5sb bahan kisar bersama daging. Kemudian masukkan semua bahan perapan dan gaul sebati.

2. Perap semalaman, nak sejuk bekukan pun boleh juga. Ambil beberapa batang daging satay yang dah diperap dan grill kan.

3. Siap untuk dihidangkan dan makan bersama Ketupat Nasi, Timun Bawang dan Kuah Kacang.

Resepi Kuah Kacang Satay:

Bahan bahan :
600 gm kacang tanah – disangai
5 biji bawang besar
½ cawan cili kering – dikisar
1 cawan gula melaka
1 sudu besar gula pasir – saya tambah
1 cawan minyak mazola
2-3 cawan air
Garam secukup rasa – saya guna 1/2 sudu besar garam halus

Cara cara :

1. Kacang tanah Goreng kacang dengan minyak hingga kuning angkat toskan. Ketika kisar dalam blender, guna air secukupnya untuk gerakkan blender. Jangan terlalu banyak sangat air. Kisar kasar.

2. Bawang besar dimayang. Kemudian panaskan periuk guna 1 cawan minyak dan tumislah bawang hingga wangi. Kemudian masukkan cili kering kisar dan goreng sampai naik minyak.

3. Apabila sudah naik minyak, masukkan kacang yang telah diblend. Masukkan sebanyak kira kira 2-3 cawan air.

4. Bila sudah menggelegak, masukkan gula melaka dan garam. Kuah kacang mesti ada rasa manis sikit.

5. Kuah satay akan menjadi pekat apabila ia sudah sejuk. Jadi, pandai pandailah nak mengagak banyak mana air yang hendak diletak.

Meat satay recipe

500g Meat (cut into cubes)
100 satay sticks
Ketupat Rice
Cucumber
Red onion

Ground ingredients :
6 btg Lemongrass
1 large onion
3 small onions
5 Garlic Cloves
1 cm Turmeric
1 cm Ginger
1 cm galangal
Water (a little measure)
*grind the above ingredients until smooth

Marinade Ingredients :
500g Meat
5 Tablespoons of Ground Ingredients
2 sk Maklubah Spice Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1 sk Mendi Spice Nisa Bakri Gourmet
2 sk Salt & Spice Nisa Bakri Gourmet
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp White Sugar
1 tsp Ground Chili
1 tsp Cooking Oil
* Mix all the ingredients together and marinate overnight or you can freeze it!

The ways :

1. Soak skewers overnight. Mix 5 tbsp of ground ingredients with the meat. Then add all the marinade ingredients and mix well.

2. Marinate overnight, you can freeze it if you want. Take some sticks of marinated satay meat and grill it.

3. Ready to be served and eaten with Ketupat Rice, Cucumber Onion and Bean Gravy.

Satay Bean Sauce Recipe :

Ingredients :
600 gm peanuts – roasted
5 large onions
½ cup dried chili – ground
1 cup melaka sugar
1 tablespoon granulated sugar – I added
1 cup of mazola oil
2-3 cups of water
Salt to taste – I used 1/2 tablespoon fine salt

How to :

1. Peanuts Fry the peanuts in oil until yellow, remove and drain. When grinding in a blender, use enough water to move the blender. Do not use too much water. Grind coarsely.

2. Chopped onions. Then heat the pot using 1 cup of oil and fry the onion until fragrant. Then add ground dried chilies and fry until the oil rises.

3. When the oil has risen, add the blended nuts. Add about 2-3 cups of water.

4. When it’s bubbling, add melaka sugar and salt. Peanut sauce must have a little sweetness.

5. The satay sauce will thicken when it is cold. So, be smart about how much water you want to put.

1. Masukkan ais ke dalam jug, campurkan semua bahan2 diatas, kacau sebati.
2. Siap dan sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Recipe ingredients:
5 strawberries (sliced)
1 Citrus Fruit (Orange) (Sliced)
3 Dates (Sliced)
Ice
1/2 cwn Pomegranate
1 stix Belisimo Nisa Bakri Gourmet (Sliced)
1 sprig of fresh Rosemary
Water (fill jug)

The ways:

1. Put ice in the jug, mix all the ingredients above, stir well.
2. Ready and ready to serve.

Belisimo Burritos Steak Mushroom

Bahan Steak Mushroom:
1sb Salted Butter (nak ganti olive oil pun boleh)
1 biji bawang putih
1/2 biji bawang holland
1 cwn Cendawan butang (hiris nipis)
1sk Maklubah Spice Nisa Bakri
1sk Salt & Spice @nisabakrigourmet
1/2 biji Perahan Limau Nipis
1sk Parsley Kering

Bahan Wrap Burritos :
1 keping Wholemeal Wraps
Salad
Bawang Holland
Capsicum Merah & Hijau
Steak Mushroom
1 stix Belisimo Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1sb Kewpie Roasted Sesame
1sb Extra Virgin Olive #Oils

Cara-caranya :
1. Sediakan pan dan panaskan. Masukkan Herbs garlic Butter atau minyak zaitun. Masukkan bahan lain satu per satu, masak sehingga empuk. Siap dan ketepikan.
2. Sediakan wholemeal wraps, hiaskan dengan Salad, Bawang Holland, capsicum merah dan hijau. Masukkan pulak Steak Mushrooms yang dimasak tadi, 1 stik Belisimo, Siramkan dengan minyak zaitun dan Sos Roasted Sesame Kewpie.
3. Gulungkan wholemeal wrap dengan aluminium dan grillkan sekejap selama 5 minit. Atau boleh juga di bakar didalam air fryer selama 2minit pada suhu 150c.
4. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

Mushroom Steak Ingredients :
1 tbsp Salted Butter (if you want to replace olive oil, you can)
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion hollandaise
1 cwn button mushrooms (thinly sliced)
1sk Maklubah Spice Nisa Bakri
1sk Salt & Spice @nisabakrigourmet
1/2 lime juice
1 tbsp Dry Parsley

Burrito Wrap Ingredients :
1 piece Wholemeal Wraps
Salad
Holland onion
Red & Green Capsicum
Mushroom steak
1 stix Belisimo Nisa Bakri Gourmet
1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Kewpie
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive #Oils

The ways:
1. Prepare a pan and heat it. Add Herbs garlic Butter or olive oil. Add other ingredients one by one, cook until soft. Ready and set aside.
2. Prepare wholemeal wraps, garnish with Salad, Holland Onion, red and green capsicum. Add the Steak Mushrooms that were cooked earlier, 1 Belisimo steak, Drizzle with olive oil and Roasted Sesame Kewpie Sauce.
3. Roll wholemeal wrap with aluminum and grill for 5 minutes. Or it can also be baked in an air fryer for 2 minutes at a temperature of 150c.
4. Ready to serve.
